Here's how my husband & I try to get as much from the weed we consume. There is no point in holding your breath, but you can definitely "CPR" your smoke to your partner if all your lungs' surface area has been momentarily used up until your next oxygen intake.

Definitely had a hard time figuring out how to adjust the tripod to certain angles and focus on the frames. Didn't know much about how to pose either, and took very long to set up the good lighting๐ .
