Brushes absorb the paint and smear it around but the firm instruments were moving the paint and scooping it up. So once I accidentally flung some of it and a splash of color appeared on my painting. Painting naked is one of my most simple pleasures. I love to lock myself up alone in my art loft, take off my clothes, turn up the heat, blast some music, and start throwing paint onto a canvas. I usually paint on the floor. This way, I can relax on the ground and lean over the top of the painting.
