💗Weekly Plank Challenge: Week 44, 25.5 Minutes💙
Once I decided to plank at home this week I walked onto my back porch and the summer sunset had shades of hot pink highlighting the most perfect hue of a true “sky blue.” Of course, I wanted to capture the colors in my video, but I was too slow. It’s a great day to make time to work on a goal. Even if you only have a few minutes it can be worth taking time to focus on a strategy. I’ve been wanting to find more time to climb, but it’s easy to skip out on climbing after I’ve spent a large portion of my free time running, planking, and/or riding.
