TIGERRS MIDNIGHT NOODLES: One roasted chicken carcass boiled in water and onions for one hour. Drain and sieve. Add chopped ginger, sesame oil, 1/4 tsp of MSG, tbsp of soy. In separate pan blanch spinach or shredded chinese lettuce. Pour stock into bowl. Add spinach and shredded cooked meat.
