Taking a "blah" day to just be a lump, do some yoga and get a pedi, but here's me trying to do crow pose in short shorts on a new 2" thick mat. Turns out super squishy mat = basically a giant wobbly balance pad 😂. Knees are happy though, so here's to hopefully less constant leg bruises from workouts!
