Some much needed naked meditation, while working to keep my breathing steady so I can stay warm. Put your sound on to hear the most soothing waterfall in the background. 💙 In the second video you see my flower opening up. I focus on breath work in a splitz stretch, while giving myself light tickles and strokes all over my bare body. This was truly wonderful and I am happy how well my body is adapting in these temperatures. Can't wait to do it again. 😌

I'm from Canada 🇨🇦 I really love the nature here from the mighty mountains, to the vast sea, to the huge forests, to the sandy nude beaches. The one thing I dislike is how much rain we get, and how long and dark the winter is. I would like to be able to stay in the cold water for longer, without of course, loosing any body parts ;) For me, going in the cold water is uncomfortable at first, but once I get past the pinching sensation it becomes tingly and warm. It's a wonderful feeling. My body feels renewed and my skin feels tight and stronger afterward.
