Today I want to tell you about this lovely mushroom called "chicken of the woods" It quickly became one of my favorites mushrooms out there, after I just randomly stumbled upon it while wandering in the forest. They grow on dead and dying trees and they grow big! It's impossible to miss them as they are brightly orange and grow in big groups. And yes they are edible and very tasty! I have been eating them for the past few weeks and I am getting pretty good at cooking with them :> It's best...
