Trying to stay positive right now after yesterday's trip to see my physiotherapist... had some pain in my right pec for around 5 weeks now, suspected it was a mild strain so I was prescribed rehab exercises a few weeks ago and told to go a little lighter on my upper days but things have not been improving ðĨš I've now been advised to take a complete deload from training upper body for 10 days and hopefully it'll start to improve, but if not then we're potentially looking at pec tendonitis or wo...
