Late night video coming soon 😊 And been recovering from some stupid things I did the past week. I learned from it though and that’s what matters. When it comes to content creation though I forget to take breaks and especially today I feel about 80% better which is amazing how quickly the mind and body can bounce back. Rest is essential. Did legs today! Sorry I was too focused on my routine to film it, but I did this very refreshing shoulder mobility exercise. It took me a while to be able to safely do this but damn it felt good! Currently I might be a bit too lean at 159lbs but the mood is good, cardio is good, strength is oddly going up. Carb cycling might help lol
