I did this pose years ago and don't even have proper source file, only pose for a model ,so i kind of 'recreated' other parts of it, but there was barely any background, so it wasn't that problematic. Each character name appropriately in archive, so you can distinguish them from one another.

I added Pubic Hair, Foreskin & DIckNipples in archive as additional variations in separate folders, since some don't want them to be in shared folders and just for your convenience.

I remember some asked me, if i ever try to get more mods, so there is it. Kind of same costume as Saeko mod in yakuza, i just don't have anything else prepared in blender and i'm not really sure what else i may like, so for now all my mods using same clothing and body.
It includes Female & Futa (Flaccid & Erect). Boobs, Ass, Thighs & Dick have physics.
I added one small clip with how physics looks like in game (Flaccid)
