Which do you prefer? When I leave a series open so it can be continued? Or do you like them finalized and completed?

Obviously by this point we all know how I operate but I'm curious what you all think. Im trying to word this in a way that doesn't make it confusing.
Im not saying I want to just ALWAYS leave a series open. It's a case-by-case basis. I like closure as well and really do want to finalize a bunch of them.
But as I've learned over the years if I leave something open, people always ask me to continue/finish but if I finish something there's also comments say...

And so ends the 14 day Cap-a-thon! Thank you to all the subcscibers, new and old, for getting us to this milestone. The funny thing is that goal was 250 and last month we almost hit 300!
As of now I dont' have another goal in mind but will try and think of something.
Starting tomorrow we go back to our regularly scheduled program :)
