What an incredible experience this was!!
The last photo, where I’m smiling, was right aft er I got stung, you can see how stiff and nerovous I was. It was my fault for moving my arm quickly that I scared her! I’m not sure why I’m smiling because I felt so bad!

Back in university, I played around a little bit with 3d rendering and printing.
When an artist and friend wanted to make a 3d of me with her shibari art, I thought that I could do it 😂 but It’s extremely difficult to make a 3d rendering of an entire body from photos like these, especially without the right equipment. I ended up making a cluster of points that only somewhat resembled my torso.

These photos were taken by someone who has now become a dear friend to me.
I don’t ever pose nude without knowing someone first but with this photographer there was something different that I felt. We were able to trust each other and create a deep connection by sharing parts of ourselves that only photography allows us to express, even though we’re on opposite sides of the lense.
