I can't scars, especially gem scars, so I did best I could. Not really satisfied with it but you when you stuck gotta stop somewhere and just use best looking aproach.

so the idea is that she has to keep balloons equally inflated
and the air from the pump goes trough the hollow dildos
and she has to swallow them to the base one at a time
to cover the holes four holes at the base of each one
to prevent air form escaping
balloons will probably be installed in the belly of standing mannequin
so she can see it
I don't know why she's forced to do it right now, I'm open to any ideas
ideally she gets free when pressure reaches certain...
