We drove up to the mountains last weekend for some rest and relaxation at Sierra Hot Springs in Sierraville, near the Tahoe National Forest. It's a lovely, hippy dippy, clothing-optional resort that doesn't allow any kind of photography anywhere near the baths, which is understandable. They don't allow phones, electronic devices or anything that would disrupt the meditative vibe. However, we were able to shoot in our cute, funky little hotel room nearby!

My old friend Giovanni Lipari, who I worked with on his film project called "Death of Youth" recently sent me a bunch of "new" oldies; I'd seen and posted a lot of images from this day, but it turns out there were many more I never knew about! Quietude

I was Portland last month for just the weekend, and was able to hook up last minute with Jordan, a super chill, skillful photog buddy who came by my Airbnb for a quickie 😋 I love how he captured me in the muted, gloomy daylight of the Pacific Northwest.

Boobies and Bubbles

About a month ago we got this amazing inflatable hot tub for like $500 bucks and it has basically made my life. It's not the fanciest, but it does wonders for my chronic pain/fibromyalgia and overall sleep quality. My energy bill is a bit higher now but it's so worth it. Anyways, it was also pretty great to shoot in with Dan's underwater camera.

Purple Sand Beach!

I had fantasized about going to Pfeiffer Beach for quite awhile and when we finally made it happen it was even more impressive than I expected. These particular shots were taken midday so the light was pretty harsh, but the marvelous mauve swirls and turquoise water still stand out as uniquely pretty. This is just the first set of several that I'll share from this location so more to come!

A Nudist Utopia

I've already shared some tidbits here and there from Little Beach in Maui but this is the whole set of amazing imagery. I think this glorious location might be my favorite nude beach ever, not only for the heavenly beauty but the good vibes too. There were hundreds of folks of all shapes and sizes just relaxing and dancing around in the water like children.

A younger, oilier me

I was searching through folders of some old, totally unprocessed images from a playful, experimental shoot some years ago with Ivan, and I was like damn these are kinda cool actually.

Near the Nakalele Blowhole in Maui

We visited this Hawaiian wonder on my birthday a few months ago in February! While we couldn't shoot nudes anywhere near the spectacular spouting hole, we sneaked a few clicks while on the way there, on the Acid War Zone Trail. The midday light was harsh but you can't really take a bad picture in a landscape like this.

Kaihalulu Beach in Maui!

This is one of the most incredible and unique beaches I've ever been to and I think it's one of only a few in the world with red sand. It really is a deep, majestic maroon color juxtaposed with bright blue water. The trek out there is a bit sketchy but definitely worth it as long as you are prudent. It's been traditionally known as clothing optional, but as usual I was one of the only nudies; I had a magical time despite a bit of awkwardness at first.
