Physical Therapist says I need to use more ice to get my nerves to calm down, especially before I go to bed I guess. It's still kind of a flip of the coin every time I go to bed on how I'll wake up... but I'm trying.

Sorry about my silence the passed few days...My condition has been really bad and some bad things have been happening. I'm really trying to figure out the recipe for sleeping without pain.....but it's been so hard.

I've been sleeping bad. I thought a harder surface to sleep on might help... but nah that hurt more. Gonna go back to my mattress tonight. Just gotta keep trying stuff until something works

It seems like everyday is getting harder than the last. I think I have to stop what I'm doing and just rest.....god I wanna rest....
My condition won't even let me lay down without triggering symptoms..... I'm so lost.... so tired....so frustrated....but I'm trying my best....it's all I can do...I've tried so much...so much....Just rest....maybe just rest🫂
