The past year has been really challenging for my mental health but you can see that Iβm finally my normal self again. Iβm sure you can see how I changed and then slowly changed back to normal. I feel really vulnerable opening up about my mental health struggles the past year as Iβm usually naturally optimistic β¦. Maybe Iβll make a video on it soon. It was just extreme anxiety from things going on in my life. πππ
