I have always tried to give my best in every task I have undertaken. On the face of it, this seems like a great quality, but unfortunately it led to stress and exhaustionπ I saved myself by asking for too much and ended up facing burnout. This experience taught me the importance of distinguishing between work, study and personal lifeπ§ π Now I try to give myself enough time and attention to stay emotionally balanced. I have learnt that rewarding myself after a task is not a luxury, but a necessity. How do you feel about your work, can you give yourself completely to it?ππ
