The morning started with a walk through the forest - just me, fresh air and birds singing. ๐๏ธ It's hard to put into words how nature helps you forget about everything and just be in the moment. ๐ผ๐ญ After a long week, it's so important to allow yourself some solitude and silence. How do you spend your weekends? ๐
