A nice round peach! 30 years ago I would have woke up like this, no effort at all. At 55, itβs taken hours, days, weeks, years and decades of non stop discipline in the gym and the kitchen to achieve these results. Today Iβm grateful, not for my peach but for the strength and balance to put two feet on the floor to face another day! A couple of shots from the hotel shower at the Hard Rock Hotel in New York, a few weeks ago. Have an amazing day!π
