I signed up for yoga π§ββοΈ and meditation classes to learn how to find inner peace and harmony. I also started keeping a journal of my feelings and thoughts to understand myself better and track my progress. πβ¨ I know it's not an easy road, but I'm willing to fight and enjoy every little bit of progress! ππ« What are your plans for this year?π
