the night was very hard today, I was tormented by obsessive thoughts and auditory hallucinations and I slept very little.. ๐ซ so now in the morning I called a psychiatrist and I'm waiting for him in half an hour ๐๐ฅบ I think I need to change my treatment again..๐ซ So Iโll post just yesterday photos and wish you good day, Iโll write next post about my treatment later today ๐โจ
