Added 2020-07-30 20:00:08 +0000 UTCMy swelling is way down! ๐ Iโm much more mobile without pain but I can still feel a tightness where the pulled muscle is still tender. I can get a bra on but not without a tonne of owwโs! as I try wriggle it round me lol
