I haven't been okay for a long while but I thought it was my fault for not trying hard enough or was just a phase idk, and then I guess I reached my limits, I couldn't do what I liked I couldn't work, I was a mess. Admitting to myself that I need help was hard, getting the diagnosis news was hard even though I knew there was something wrong with me. I want to say I'm doing better but I am trying to do better, but it's really hard for me I just hope you can give me a new chance <3
