So... I need to change up my Patron Benefits!
Added 2020-08-02 15:41:53 +0000 UTCI was about to announce the winner of the delayed patron giveaway when Patreon gave me an automatic warning that i had not received before.
I am unsure if the monthly assets count under this, but i think they might do as they are kind of a loot box. to quote the second image: "As a creator, you can always create a higher tier for a limited amount of patrons for rewards that are too difficult to create for all of your patrons"
I did not know about this being in the TOS so if Patreon ever investigates me i am quite sorry for the few giveaways i have done and i'm hoping i will get away with a warning!
I'm assuming this rule was added when they recently updated things so i should be in the clear, either way i was not aware of it and had seen other people doing exclusive giveaways so i thought it was okay.
Needless to say I can no longer do any patron only giveaways and will be re-working the patron benefits over the next few days!

Raffle stuff could be in your discord, assuming there is a separate channel for Patreon or something lol

2020-08-02 16:21:44 +0000 UTCI think It's supposed to cover that you can't try to convince people to join ur patreon for a chance to win something(might constitute gambling) . You just need to make sure your tiers are clear with what they will receive.
