2022-01-12 06:35:44 +0000 UTCYou comparison of falcon 9 landing vs superheavy landing is problematic. F9 does a hover slam maneuver, due to the fact the engines can't be throttled lower. Super heavy won't have this problem. Also superheavy center engines are steerable, along with cold gas thrusters which should give some fine control over placement.
