Hi everyone,

Thank you so much for your patience. As I've shared in my last update, there will be some major changes going on around here while I pivot towards a completely different strategy. My third semester as a Communications major student starts this month and I've been busy restructuring my schedule and routines around the upcoming classes and assignments. The semester concludes with written examinations in November, after which I'll be heading up to Malaysia to attend FURUM and catch up with friends there for the holidays.

Some of you may have pledged support for this Patreon project for muscle growth content; while others for the more recent gainer-feeder short story — to that end, Meatier Showers has always been a sandbox for me to experiment with storytelling, as well as exploring different flavors of kink.

After several weeks of deliberation, I've opted to switch to a different production pipeline of a much smaller, more sustainable scale:

Starting September, Meatier Showers will be changing to a 4-panel comic format (like the one you see above) that will see its early-access content rolled out on a monthly basis here. This isn't the first time I've worked in such a format, although admittedly back then I was less than prepared and didn't know exactly how to make Meatier Showers work in such a compressed format. As of this writing, I am happy to share that 10 gag outlines have been penned down, with another 2 more in the works to serve as the foundation of a 1-year project. Based on reader feedback and response, we may see a stretch goal of another 6 to 12 more gag outlines.

As you can see from the preview above, I'm also formatting the comic so that it can be easily imported my regular long format pages — should there ever be a need to do so. The shorter format will see the storytelling pivot towards more gag and character-driven moments, much less on kink action scenes such as size growth. Needless to say, I hope folks will continue to support me for the value they see in my work, however, if the lack of growth content is a change less than desirable, that is absolutely fine just as well if existing supporters feel a need to move on — no hard feelings!

With this new project, I'm taking more care and time to build my art assets — this means including full-body shots even when I don't need to. As you may observe above, the cast of Meatier Showers aren't exactly designed for square paneling, let alone animation-friendly. Most of the character heights is based on a 8-10 character head ratio. A lot of "cheating" has to be done in terms of how far or close between each character is position, and sometimes how much lower they are physically shifted off-camera that they "clip" into the environment.

Regardless of all the technical challenges, I will be spending the month of August building up all the necessary art assets for the first story arc that is expected to span 6-pages, of which they will be released per page on a monthly basis. I feel more optimistic to launch internally on Patreon perhaps late September, and targeting a public reveal in December 2025.

So that's really what's been on my mind lately (besides everything else). I do apologize for the prolonged silence as I wasn't ready to release information on uncertain terms. Now that I've given the first comic a "test-drive", I feel more confident about sharing where Meatier Showers will be moving from here. Please feel free to let me know your thoughts and/ or concerns in the comments below.
