All Renovations Halted

Just possible income.
But everything happens for a reason.
The builders worked on it in November/December - very cold season.
Alot of that cement is crumbling off and we habe to wait for HOT westher to redo cement.
Who KNEW? I mean it makes sense NOW, but we didnโt know back then.
Also, my boyfriend had to go back to work.
