Discount RE-Stream at NOON Central

This is a re-try of yesterday's stream that was cancelled over technical difficulties. I'll first be working on the commission of the person who won yesterday before the issues became apparent. THEN, we will continue the raffling as usual!
The rules are:
-The raffle will start with special music and animated graphics, that is when you say "Enter me!" in chat to get your name in.
-By default, if you win the name-draw, you can get a 1-or-2-character sketch, or a 1-character line art commission, for 30%-off!
-You can have your name entered twice to increase your chance to win (signified by a star on your name), but your discount will be 15% instead.
-After the winner is chosen, I'll have them send a note containing info on what to draw.
-If there is still time after a commission is completed, another raffle is then held.
-Limited to one win per person per week!
