Plans for night 5 & 6 [SPOILERS AHEAD]
Added 2021-09-14 03:02:48 +0000 UTCAs people know I've made references to Night 6 being different to the main gameplay loop, with different characters - so I thought I might shed some light on that. Does mean there'll be spoilers ahead!
Current plans for Night 5 involve a prototype male animatronic by the name of Toby (given the name by our original concept artist) that we currently have two ideas for:
- 1 - Toby being an animatronic that can be 'deployed' during regular nights and can 'disable' an animatronic and put it out of action, but depending on how many times you've used Toby throughout those 4 nights he'll be more aggressive.
- or 2 - Night 5 only has a few of the animatronics (e.g Freddy and Mangle) with Toby being the third opponent, able to move around the map via vents and has the behavior of multiple animatronics combined. He may even function like Old Candy from FNAC 1, where hes not visible in the doorways but emits music or a sound you have to listen out for instead

Though these are just ideas of course. If anyone has feedback, thinks one idea might work better than the other or has their own ideas feel free to let us know in the comments! It'd be much appreciated.
Toby's jumpscare may be more 'scary' than the others as the intention is to create an animatronic that is eerie or unsettling - a semi-functioning robot that stalks around the map looking for a new victim!
Night 6 is a fairly-large departure from regular gameplay - set in a new location from the perspective of the phone girl with a new set of characters. This night is more FNAF 4-inspired, with these animatronics/creatures being more of a nightmare or illusion than reality.
It ties into some character, personality and background I want to give to the phone girl- maybe these nightmares are the result of something traumatic in the past?

Just an FYI, these are nightmares that could've been induced by an incident involving sexual assault which I do not take lightly - so its likely that these characters jumpscares will not lead to sex scenes as that could be in pretty bad-taste.
The point of the night is the phone girl standing up to and surviving against her traumatic past and doesn't end with the main character getting the girl or anything like that. Its a new set of gameplay mechanics, different enemies and a different setting that I hope could make the finale of the game more interesting.
I've been battling the FNAF formula for a while now as it lacks some things that could spice-up gameplay such as random events, replay value, choices influencing gameplay later on, etc. So being able to get these 4 characters modelled could make-or-break about half of the game lol. But I think we've found a modeller that could do it: that being Psycho John, though his models are expensive (costing $110 each). It does seem far more achievable now though, given the massive influx of Patreon supporters (can't thank you guys enough for this!)
p.s it'd be appreciated if these images weren't leaked as I'd like to keep the ending of the game a bit of a surprise for everyone else

about the trauma ones i find really nice and not putting in sex scenes is a good call ( i think anyway). it would make late game alot more fun
