We visited this cute little town in the eastern Sierras that has two lovely hot springs and I included images here from both locations; the first 6 are Travertine and the rest are from Buckeye. While Travertine is the more popular spot because it's right off the road and easy to access, I think Buckeye was the winner. The scenery there was spectacular, the water was nice and hot, and it was slightly less crowded. While getting to the pools at Buckeye is a bit more of an ordeal, it was very much worth it. Unfortunately, I was unable shoot at the large main pool at Travertine; I'm sure it would have been photogenic with its unique rock formations, but it was consistently filled with people. Might have to take another trip there sometime when it's less busy!
