Dr.Kragan, scientist extraordinaire
Added 2023-04-14 00:23:44 +0000 UTCCookie character who got a huge redesign. Lots of classic Eggman influences with this one cause I had been replaying CD quite a bit at the time. I didnβt think his older design was bad, but it was made with the intention that he was essentially an evil King Buttercup (the horns where kingβs ears usually are, purple in contrast to yellow, same build). But with the way the series is now, that wouldnβt really make sense.
Also, on a lesser note, I wanted him to look different from a dragon character I made a while ago that basically just reused Kraganβs old design, and still kind of has some Kragan influences.
So this is basically changing a 2017 Windowl design into a 2023 one. I do like that he resembles a chef now to fit with the food naming theme of the other characters.
