Shaking my head the entire time at amethyst. Seems they have a toxic relationship and she looses it. I agree the loaded words but not showing is brilliant stuff. Will we ever know? (You know but I donโt ๐๐) I get why you love it. Twisted but still a bit cathartic but also not ๐

Ik itโs not a part of the overarching plot line necessarily but the dynamics in this episode are fascinating to me, itโs cool that they were able to use a surprisingly dark story like this within a kidsโ show. This sort of blatant emotional manipulation is really interesting, in a character sense. โI want to be friends again, I really do! But I canโt let you do this to me again!โ is such a loaded and interesting line choice from the writers. I love when shows imply an extensive history between characters that the viewer never really gets to know like that.
