Concealed - The Gentleman
Melee Weapon (Martial, Greatsword), Very Rare
Damage - 2d6 Slashing
Properties - Finesse
Mastery - Graze
"Designed by eccentric “Gentleman Detective” Dimble Timbers, this unconventional weapon was created to meet both his need to maintain his gentlemanly appearance and also defend himself with extreme force when necessary. At least that’s the story he’d tell. In truth, it was mostly just because someone made fun of his original swordcane for being tiny…"
While ‘sheathed’ the sword appears to be an elegant cane, with the crossguard functioning as the handle. Upon pressing a hidden switch (no action required), a massive blade springs forth, transforming the cane into a Greatsword. Activating the switch again retracts the blade, hiding all sign of it.
Hidden Blade - Unlike typical Greatswords, this weapon has the Finesse property and lacks the Heavy property. Additionally, the first time the weapon is revealed in combat, the wielder gains Advantage on the attack roll, if its nature is revealed as part of the attack.
