Well, the two guys made several mistakes deliberately in their last military action, causing a few innocents' death and unecessary ruining of precious antiques, public assets and private assets of residents. They even refused to admit guilty in the beginning. Leona was really angry agaist their attitude, thus she shrunk them and punished them with the method of imprison them in her boot for two weeks. She won't wear socks, and Clark and Heidern must massage her foot as frequently as possible. She'll often use them as toe toys too. She would only wash her feet once every 5 days and sleep with her shoes on at most time. There's a tiny organ at the rear of Leona's boot, which acts as an opening for a portable toilet. When someone clicks the siren button, Leona will connect the portable toilet to the organ in her boot. Of course, she's a "walking prison" for many criminals and trouble makers.
