I haven't had any issues with it. Did you test it alone? Just it and ww? I'll have another look but the mod has no whims so it shouldn't cause that issue.

2023-06-04 12:32:18 +0000 UTCSexual Infections mod currently seems to break the whim system. That is, no whims show even if they are enabled in the game settings.
