Hello dear supporters,
The new Dev Report is here, and you can check out what I've been working on over the past month. As you probably already know, most of my time was dedicated to finishing the story and all dialogues, but I still have some new screenshots to share with you. So feel free to leave your thoughts in the comments.
Story and Dialogues
I'm happy to report that the main story and all dialogues for every character are now finished, and some have already been sent to the voice actors. I hope my English skills are good enough to give the characters the right mood and personality. But if most of you were satisfied with the first draft of the dialogues, I believe the new ones won't disappoint.

Steam Page for Parasite Inside
Although the game has been registered in the Steam database for quite some time, only recently did I manage to finalize all the details and make the game's page publicly available. I know about the issue German players face when they can't add the game to their wishlist, but I will try to learn more about publishing on other platforms like GOG. For now, you can add the game to your Steam wishlist to help it gain more visibility.

Updated Stasis Outfit
I doubt you missed it in the top image of this post, but I'll add a few more screenshots. Creating this outfit wasn't easy, so I hope you'll like it. The updated version will include two types of feet—one with heels and one without—to satisfy all players' preferences. And yes, before you ask, the old Leotard outfit will remain in the game.





New Enemies
Now let's move on to expanding the bestiary of the PI world. The concept and modeling of new types of enemies and traps have been completed. To overcome them, you will need not only precise shooting but also quick thinking. As for their mechanics in the game, I think it's better to let you discover that yourselves to avoid spoiling the surprise. Here are a few screenshots showing how they look during modeling.


Updated Larva
Since the story has been slightly adjusted, I had to revisit and update the concept of the larvae, which resulted in a slight change to their appearance—and yes, there are now two types. ;-)




New 2D Art
I've commissioned a batch of new art for the collectible cards. In the next update, all AI-generated images will be replaced with original, custom-made artworks. Here are a couple of sketches to give you an idea of the new card style.


Plans for Next Month
Next month, I plan to focus on learning and implementing alternative to Lumen lighting technologies (MegaLights and Baked Lighting) to improve the game's optimization. I'll also be gradually revising level design and the streaming levels loading system so they won't load/unload in front of the player. There's a lot of work ahead, so it's time to get back to it.
