2020-09-04 19:28:26 +0000 UTCThe guy who saved young Josuke is most likely a bystander who was in the area. Not knowing who he was, Josuke copied his hairstyle in honor of him. It couldn't be Josuke traveling back in time only because of his stand's ability. From what we know during these past 15 eps, his stand's abilities are healing, fixing, or "To revert an object back to its previous state." The thought of Josuke traveling back in time to save himself would be a cool twist, tho it is not possible given his stand's abilities.
