Q: How do I find/download the rewards?
All the rewards will be available for you on the timeline when they are released! You can find the assets attached to the post - unless stated otherwise in the post description. The video will be readily available for you to watch!
At the end of each month, we will send out a compilation bundle of the rewards released for that month via Patreon DM for you to download and enjoy all in one place!
Q: When do I get charged?
A: You’ll get charged upon signing up! You’ll consistently be charged on the day you sign up every month until you unsubscribe. For example, if you join on May 15th, you will be charged again on June 15th.
Q: How will I know a new video got released?
A: You’ll get notifications of the posts in the email you signed up with! Please check it regularly for updates.
Q: It says there is a discount code included in my tier, how do I claim that?
A: You can view the discount code in your tier by going to your 'Membership' tab and expanding the first post! If you have any trouble locating it, please send us a message!
Q: If I cancel my Patreon subscription now, will I still have access to the content?
A: As long as you’re a patron, you’ll have access to all the content on the Patreon feed. If you cancel your subscription, you’ll have access to the content for the rest of your subscription duration.
