The first class dropped last night, and it has been brought to our attention that many of you are receiving an error message downloading the course videos. Thank you for being patient as we work through the new issues that arise from hosting a bootcamp this large.
Google Drive has certain restrictions that keep individual file traffic access limited. If this limit is hit, the file is locked for 24 hours.
Here's an alternative method to download the class videos:
If you receive the error message on the video file:
✦ Right click on the video file in Google Drive
✦ Click "Make a Copy" (This will put a copy into your own Google Drive folder)
✦ Download this copy from your personal Google Drive
✦ Enjoy the class
With this method, you will need a Google account with sufficient space on your personal drive. If you are unable to create or access a Google Drive account, please wait 24 hours and try to access the original videos again.
Since this method isn't available on mobile, you'll have to perform these steps on desktop.
