Please answer my message, i got charged at the 30th of last month right after i cancelled even though i had set a limit of 1 post per month( and had already received that post of the month). I wanted to cancel my pledge before i received a second reward and i thought i did it at the right time especially since your overview says that you charge at the beginning of every month, yet you created the paid post before the beginning of the month so we couldn't use the last couple days of the month to unsubscribe-even though you didn't send the actual content until 2 weeks later. So why couldn't i unsubscribe at the end of the month since you sent the content at the middle of the next month. I don't want to be rude but you should answer to this kind of requests faster, i have contacted patreon and they told me to keep contacting you.

You’re amazing artist but sadly you almost never communicate with your patrons, i payed for both of the packages 3 weeks ago and right now I only got the first one, it’s really hard to get a straight answer from you because you barley here and when you’re here you barley communicate with your loyal patrons, I hope you’ll take this into consideration.

I already got charged twice and havent received my rewards :(

I pledged for the first time for the month April and i received my reward at the end of that month. However i did not want to be pledged for a second month so i cancelled my subscription on April 30. But as soon as i cancelled i got charged for a second month which i did not want. Why did that happen?
