To enable the extra options, click the "debug" button on the screen's bottom. Then click anywhere on the screen, and new different options buttons will appear on the left.
There will also be an extra menu tab in the skills section of the game.

Nel equips items that have skills that are not mastered. Once she masters those skills, she will stop equipping them.

If the problem persists, you can try removing any older game versions before installing the latest version. However, you need to make a copy of your saves as these will be deleted if you decide to uninstall the program. Saves can be found at: Phone\Android\data\www.townofmagic.com\files\saves The directory may be accessible if you connect your phone on a PC.

Windows: %APPDATA%/RenPy/TownOfMagic Example: C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\TownOfMagic MacOS: library/RenPy/TownOfMagic/ Linux: ~/.renpy/TownOfMagic Android: Phone\Android\data\www.townofmagic.com\files\saves If a save loading does not work, try loading a save from the Q section of the loading screen.
