Glad you got to go on holiday and you really handled the delays well. I don't like dealing with airport security or the airport schedules so I'm not much or a traveler (I'm in the middle of the ocean, planes are the only long distance transport available really) I haven't had fondue but I do handle a lot of specialty cheeses and I gotta say raclette is definitely the most boring cheese to put on a potato. Why not any English cheddar?
