I got blocked on twitter for being a silly lil nuisance, and even muted for a week in the discord. I thought the mute was unfair, but I know Slime is heavy handed on the mute and block buttons, so I didn’t take it personally of course. None of it changed my mind about loving his humor, or the pod in general. People take it waaaay too fuckin serious, and THAT’S the real cringe 😬 As an older gen z, right on the cusp in between Z and millennial, I think Slime’s humor isn’t at all “boomer”. He’s definitely more up to date on current trends and shit than a lot of other millennials his age. No matter what, haters will always find SOMETHING to pick apart and scrutinize. Also, thanks for the mention of the trans community. I’m enby and queer, and literally half the interactions online with people who realizes that, it immediately devolves into utterly senseless hate.
