New Patreon System + Keys for basic supporter!

Based on the previous survey input and discord discussion, I created a new patreon system. It should be strictly better for all members, so I'm pretty happy with it - however, if there's anything we missed, please let us know!
The new system also explains better what happens past the Early Access release on August 15.

TL;DR: Rewards (except for name in game) are now lifetime pledge based instead and can be claimed on discord with the /patreon-benefits command.
