Postcard Update for Tier 3s - July 21, 2023

What's up everyone. As you may have realized, postcards have been behind for quite some time.

This is our fault, full stop.

If you were tier 3'd for any month and did not receive your card, you are still owed that card and will be sent it. We are currently aiming to have the following cards fully caught up by the end of August 2023

• 2022: August, September
• 2023: March, April, May, June, July, and January (all of these were sent but got lost in the mail as far as we can tell, some people may have got them)

*Feb 2023 has been mailed and should be received very soon after this post.

Please keep in mind the cadence that cards are assigned at - for example, if you Tier 3 subbed in late October, the first card you were meant to receive was December.

The date cutoff for cards is the 15th of every month.

However, starting with the August 2023 card, we will be changing this. If you subscribe to Tier 3 after the 15th of a month, you will receive the following month's card as your first card.

Example: previously if you subbed on August 16th, your first card would be the October card. Now, starting with the August 2023 card, you would receive September as your first card instead.

Contents of cards

Remaining 2022 cards have a message or signature from a podcast member.

2023 cards contain an unsigned postcard and accompanying goodie of some kind (stickers, patch, Polaroid, etc.).

This is in line with a change we announced last year, due to the quantity of cards we are now sending we can no longer sign all of them like in the early days of the Patreon.

Refunds

If you feel as though you are owed a refund for the poor quality of service, we're happy to provide one for Tier 3 months listed above. We would appreciate those willing to wait until the August deadline, if possible, but understand if the amount of waiting is too significant to wait any longer.

Missing cards in the future

If you are missing cards you are owed that are not listed in the post above, or are missing cards in the future after this August 2023 deadline, please DM our Patreon account for information about replacing your card or receiving a refund for the applicable month.
