In studies of nerve spasms and Parkinson's, and personally I have a lot of nerve pain and muscle spasms due to a compound fracture in my lower spine and even very low amount of Marijuana really helps with my muscle spasms/nerve pain. Maybe just something to think about.

I started eating more bananas, and now I take potassium pills. I haven't had twitch come back in a couple years, but I don't know if that's what fixed it.

I would add one of those detox methods they were talking about. If its within the week drink like 24ounces or more a day with electrolytes and check with an at home test. those tests arent the most reliable so keep testing even if it says negative. again pure cranberry juice and not cranberry cocktail.

I watch the yard to fall asleep a lot and the old camera angle with Aiden and Ludwig was so bright cuz of the white light behind them and it would be pretty annoying to fall asleep to but the new set has the same amount of light with all the angles it’s great.
