I ended up in the hospital because my balls hurt from it too (they were fine lmao). All this to say they determined it was pelvic floor tightness/weakness which you can fix with kegels and stretches, I'd give that a shot as it sounds like exactly what I went through. It related to weed for me as smoker’s cough causes this strain. Just my 2 cents on ur prostate👍🏻
