7kWh LiFePo4 battery for Remote Station works!

Because the Remote Radio Station has no grid, we want to go solar. I built a battery with eight 302Ah cells, including a Daly 100A BMS. The 25.6V nominal (23.2 - 29.2V) is converted to a stable 13.8V by the grey buck converter.
On top, you find the needed fuses and breakers. As input, we have solar (an external MPPT) and a 25A charger (orange, background) to be connected to 220V of the generator if somebody is present.
I also added a DC solid-state relay that will be controlled by the modem (emergency off with a simple SMS).
During the initial testing, one cell was weaker than the others and was replaced without cost by the AliExpress seller (I bought batteries that were stored in Germany)

Hi Keith, https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DmqAnUD This is the one I selected because it can limit the current (we will use it in parallel to radio stations on the same generator and want to be sure that it does not take too much power.

Hey Bruce, That red thing with the two fans mounted on the side on the left is a Daly BMS so I think that covers your question.

Are there any safety sensors that can shut it down in case of charging getting out of hand?

Bruce Skelly

Hi Andreas! I'm looking for a line charger for my LiFePo4 bank which one is that? I'd like to check it out. What's the box with the red diskthingy on it?
