I’m so sorry to be MIA! I am currently in Geneva for Geneva Watch Week! I’ve seen so many AMAZING watches! Met so many amazing people! BLIMEY GENEVA IS EXPENSIVE. Have you ever been here? Are you going to have to remortgage your house as well?! 🤣 I took a cab, less than a mile (it was thundering! And I’m with baby George! And just couldn’t face lightening with the pram)… 0.7 miles …. It was 75 CHF! I nearly fainted when I saw the meter. 🤣
So. I’m going to have to sell a Rolex to financially recover here haha!
But I went on a manufacturing tour of Breitling! (Amazing!) it gave me such a renewed appreciation of why watches are so expensive. They’re certainly not running at a loss 🤣 but it’s easy to forget how much goes into each piece and the level of precision. They take a lot of pride in what they’re doing and it’s kinda revived my love of horology!

AND FUNNY YOU SHOULD SAY: While away James and I had a little meeting saying I need to find a way to prioritise patrons and have more exclusive content on here!!! We arrived at: until Jan I am going to start doing 2 patron exclusive videos per month! Then in January a monthly livestream! :) George goes to nursery in Jan! Which then frees me up A-LOTSO!!!
