Hey everyone, Deppy here! Just wanted to swoop in as we're starting July to give some updates on how we've been doing.

Firstly, our rebrand from "The Underground Media Group" and into "Underground Media Central" has finally taken place, and we're happy with our new look! A few factors led to this change and we feel that the new name and aesthetic gives us an identity more in line with what we've been looking for. (Plus, the UMG acronym was notoriously taken!)

Production of chapter 3 is starting back up and it will be our next episode, which means we've got to finish the new intro and credits sequences on top of the episode itself! It'll be quite a bit of work but we hope to provide a satisfactory product in the end.

We've started working on a new website and a more streamlined application process for future team members (via Google Forms), as well as internal production documentation that will hopefully allow everyone to stay on track individually and make episodes more consistent and easier to produce. We've been learning at every step of this journey and are endlessly grateful to you for the support and patience you've continuously given us!

Since progress has been slow again and is bound to be more time-consuming for the next little while, I've decided to pause billing for patrons as of this post's writing. I just don't feel that we've been providing enough updates and content on here to justify the monthly bill, and it doesn't sit right with me to continually charge for it as of right now. We appreciate your all and things will go back to normal once we're more settled down for the rest of volume one!

The intro and Kickstarter rewards have still been progressing slowly, but we're nonetheless chipping away at it! Since the animation stage finished, we've been getting the backgrounds done one by one to then be composited, and we'll be sure to provide major updates here as they happen - for now, though, here's some still images of recent intro progress as well as a couple Kickstarter reward images!
